# Shutdown Procedure

**If you are the last one at Longmont Public Media, please follow the shutdown procedures below:**

1. Please do a walkthrough of the building (i.e first floor and basement) to ensure that there are no other members in the building

2. Please turn off lights to all of the studios (i.e big tv studio, editing studio, live streaming studio, equipment room)

3. Please DO NOT turn off the TV by the editing room.

4. Please turn off the main lights on the first floor.

   1. There are 2 light switches to do this: 1 by the executive director's office, another by the stairs leading to the basement.

5. If the light in the entrance is on, please turn it off when you leave. There is a light switch to the right of the doors. See pictures below

6\. Please lock the door when you leave!!!!
