# Orientation

**Notes for paying 24/7 members:** Since 24/7 access requires extra know-how — like shutdown procedures — we require a separate orientation before you get your access set up.

Can't make a listed time? Email us and we'll find another arrangement.

Once you've completed orientation, you'll also need to pass a short quiz to access our Open Path system. After passing, you'll get an email with the steps to finish setting up your 24/7 access.
